Crusader Swords

There were many groups who fought in the Crusades and perhaps the most famous of these was the knights Templar. As a Catholic military order, the knights Templar quickly gained favor and rose to great wealth and power. They were well trained and skilled warriors who fought with nothing but the highest quality weapons. Among these was the elegant Templar sword. Featuring a decorative blade with pattern welding (two alloys blended together), this sword possessed incredible strength that could penetrate through metal armor. The single-handed hilt of this piece was cross-like and added balance to the blade.
