The digital printed version will look similar with the same design, but will have better clarity and accuracy of colors, and have a thin black outline on the outside of the shield. Please contact us with any questions. The product picture shows the hand-painted version. The digital version will look slightly different with higher contrast, richer color, and more design accuracy.
This battle-ready Harlequin Shield is made of 16 gauge thick steel which will protect you from poundings in reenactments and tournaments. This SCA shield comes with a choice of two 1 1/2 inch genuine thick leather straps already attached so you can use it right out of the box (extra charge) or a wall hanging chain. This impressive Harlequin combat shield is a classic medieval shield and is very popular. It will fit right in at your sca combat event.
This shield has the design on the front digitally printed. Please allow 7-10 days to ship. This shield is made to order and therefore all sales are final.

These rules and regulations vary from tournament to tournament and all standards are subject to interpretation by Tournament Marshall.
