Used during the days of the 3rd century Roman Empire, the Roman Spatha replaced the gladius and proved to be efficient and efective. Featuring a blade of 18-gauge steel, it possesses a curved and grooved bone handle complimented by brass fittings. Also included is a red leather wrapped scabbard accented with brass fittings as well. This is a perfect piece for costumes and collections.
