This Medieval / Renaissance steel round shield is constructed from 20 gauge steel with rolled, impact-resistant edging. The back of the shield is blackened and fitted with a padded canvas panel to give the arm some padding from impact. A wooden palm grip with a steel frame is durably riveted to the shield. The forearm grip of thick and durable leather can be adjusted to size with its steel buckle.
