This Dog Face Bascinet is constructed from 14 gauge steel (the visor and neckplate are 16 gauge); the visor can swivel upwards or be removed if desired. A screw in the top of the helmet can be used as a plume holder. The interior of the helm is blackened and unlined.
Please Note: The plume holder screw is secured with a nut on the inside of the helmet, which protrudes into the helmet as an exposed screw. The nuts that retain the screws that are used to secure the attachment points of the visor are also on the inside of the helmet.
