This pair of sleeve and shoulder chainmail armor is crafted from dome-riveted stainless steel links. Each ring measures 18 gauge in thickness and 9 mm in diameter. This sleeve and shoulder armor is intended to be sewn onto a gambeson to provide extra protection from plate armor, or to serve as a shortcut to adding additional arm protection to a chainmail vest or shirt. Though you should expect to have to modify it by adding or subtracting rings to get a good meld with the original armor.
