This smaller version of the Baladay Bellydancing Scimitar is both shorter and lighter; the smaller hilt is also a better fit for smaller hands. The blade is forged from unsharpened high carbon steel that was polished to a mirror finish.
The hilt is brass with a grip of polished wood. The scabbard is leather with buttoned straps to secure the sword into the scabbard and a leather belt loop for wear. Each sword is tested for balance before shipping.
