Dating back to war time battles of old comes the Powder Horn with Wooden Plug. These containers were typically used to store gun powder. Modeled after traditional design, this piece has been crafted with care from polished cow horn and features a brass pinned wooden cap, as well as a removable wooden end-plug. It is easy to carry with a convenient hanging leather strap and is great for costumes and re-enactments.
Please note: The lifespan of your powder horn is extended by giving the exterior a light coat vegetable oil periodically. These powder horns are made from organic materials, therefore size and coloration will vary. Overall Length: 13″- 16″ (Approx)
