Refund and Returns Policy

All sales are final. We accept return for refund or exchange, for items damaged in transit.

Damaged Items & Claims

If your package arrives damaged, please follow these steps to ensure you are eligible for a refund or exchange:

  1. Notify Us Early: You must email us within 7 days of receiving your products.
  2. Provide Evidence: Your email must include clear photos of:
    • The damaged product itself.
    • The internal wrapping/packaging.
    • The exterior shipping box.
  3. Return the Item: Once we acknowledge your claim, you must return the damaged item to our facility.

Resolutions

Note: Original shipping costs incurred during the initial purchase are non-refundable.

Replacements: Upon receipt and inspection of the damaged item, we will ship out a replacement at no extra cost.

Refunds: If a replacement is unavailable, we will issue a refund for the full purchase price of the item.

How to Return the item(s)?

Here is the process of returning the item(s):

  1. Contact our team within seven days of receiving the product giving a call at +1 (943) 265-0017
    or filling up the form at our website with clear information about details on return.
  2. The item(s) will be returned to the place from where they are brought.
  3. Depending upon the arrival type the return policies are different.
    • If the parcel was delivered via DHL, you will be provided with a DHL Return Service label from our team.
    • If it is via a freight carrier or blanket-wrap service, we will contact the carrier and let you know how much time will they take to retrieve the item(s).
    • Note: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  4. The item(s) to be returned should be repacked  in the original form. The item(s) should not be damaged due to the packaging error in return, in that case, you will be responsible.

Cancellation

To be eligible for cancellation, you must cancel your order before the authorized amount has been captured or before the order has been dispatched, which usually occurs the day after the order is validated and captured.

If you cancel in time, you can expect a refund in the original form of payment within 5 to 10 business days.
