Description
The Wax Writing Tablet with Brass Stylus dates back to the anceint world before computers and modern day notebooks. Tabelts were typically used by scribes and monks for drafting various information, as well as by military officials to keep inventory and accounting. Beautifully re-created after its original design, this double-leaf piece is comprised of two leather-hinged wooden halves inset with wax. It is also accompanied by a brass stylus with writing tip and spatula-shaped erasing head. This writing tablet is great for historical collections and will also make a wonderful gift.
