Description
In the forge of legends, we shape steel to honor Tyr, the Norse god of war and justice, whose courage and sacrifice are etched into the sagas of old. This Viking Warrior God Full Tang Sword channels the spirit of Tyr, crafted to reflect the might and resolve he stood for.
The blade is forged from high-carbon steel, carefully ground and polished to a mirror sheen. A shallow fuller runs along its center, not only to lighten the blade but also to maintain the balance true to Viking swords of the era. The double-edged blade is sharpened to a keen edge, designed for cutting and thrusting alike, suitable for reenactment battles or the solemn display of heritage.
The handle is carved from sturdy sheesham wood, shaped to fit the hand comfortably and sealed to withstand the rigors of use. Its warmth contrasts with the cold carbon steel guard and pommel, both fashioned in traditional Viking form to protect the hand and secure the blade’s tang.
When the sword rests, it finds its home in a two-toned leather sheath, adorned with tooling that echoes Norse artistry,a practical sheath that honors the craftsmanship within. A note for the keeper: the blade carries a thin coat of protective oil that may need wiping before use to reveal its true gleam.
