Description
This German longsword has a thick blade with edges that are at least 2 mm thick to make it suitable for sport and stage combat. The blade is crafted from EN45 high carbon steel the crossguard and pommel are steel and the blade tang is peened over the pommel for a durable overall construction. The grip is wood overlaid in tight leather.
The sword comes with a wood-core scabbard which is wrapped in stitched and fitted leather. Inscribed on the locket on a single side is a Teutonic Cross. Please Note that it is normal for this item to have a gap between the crossguard and scabbard when fully sheathed. There is matching dagger to this sword which is sold separately (AH6991F) it is linked in a photo link beneath the photos.
