The sword before you is a slender, lightweight weapon that captures the essence of ninja strategy, favoring speed, subtlety, and fluid motion over sheer force. This blade was conceived as an early prototype, designed to embody the swift, silent strikes needed in covert operations. Unlike the more robust katanas that came later, its narrow blade and carefully balanced weight make it a tool for quick, decisive movements. The black lacquered wooden scabbard complements the blade’s understated design, reflecting the practical elegance prized by ninja warriors.
Note: This is a unique prototype that never advanced to mass production.
