Description
Wallace placed the freedom of his country and people above all else, becoming Scotland’s foremost patriotic hero. He died a martyr and rose to symbolize Scotland’s enduring struggle for independence. His legacy resonates beyond Scottish borders, as people of all backgrounds understand the fundamental right of a nation to govern itself and the deep bond a man holds with his homeland.
This sword is a faithful reproduction of Wallace’s original claymore, featuring the characteristically long handle wrapped in dark brown faux leather to provide a grip reminiscent of the period. The pommel and guard are finished in polished chrome, offering a striking contrast against the rich earth tones of the wrapping. The blade is crafted from stainless steel with a factory dull edge, suitable for display or reenactment purposes. The accompanying scabbard is wrapped in the same material as the handle, completing the historic look.
