This Robbins Dudley “Sam Browne” belt scabbard is built to hold a Push Dagger firmly at your side. The scabbard is made from top-grain leather, selected for its toughness and its ability to soften and shape itself with wear. The fittings are cast from solid brass, a traditional material valued for resisting rust and lending an authentic, time-honored appearance. The components are sewn together using waxed linen thread, which swells slightly when damp to tighten the seams and keep everything secure.
Fun fact: The Sam Browne belt and its scabbard were originally designed for military officers to carry sidearms and gear where they could be reached quickly, influencing uniform design for well over a hundred years.
