Description
Emerging from one of the most popular styles of medieval Russia comes the Russian Medieval Boyar Helm with Chain Mail Camail. This dsign was sported by Russian nobles, infantry, and cavalry and spread to Europe as well. Keeping in line with the original design, this piece features 14 gauge steel construction with brass plating and has a blackened interior with an adjustable leather suspension liner and an adjustable leather chin strap with brass buckle to ensure a secure fit. Enhanced protection is provided with a butted, mild steel chainmail camail. With period flair and an attractive appearance, this helmet is great for costumes, re-enactments, and display.
