The Roman Italic D Krefeld Helmet is based on an example found near a legionary fortress outside Krefeld, Germany. This high quality reproduction is made by Deepeeka and is based off historical research and actual designs. Like the Mainz helmet, it features applied brass cross-bracing and other elaborate ornamentation. This helm is made out of 18-gauge steel and is fully wearable making ideal for reenactments, costumes, and makes for a stunning display piece.
