Description
This functional replica Roman Cavalry Spatha has a tempered and durable blade of C60 high carbon steel which is sturdily mounted into a hilt of polished wood with a carved bone grip. Unlike its shorter-bladed cousin, this Roman sword has a longer blade intended for cavalry use. The sword is paired with a wooden scabbard which is bound in brown leather and completed with extensive brass plate embellishment and brass hanging rings. A leather sword baldric is included with the scabbard for wear.
