Description
This Polish Winged Hussar helmet has the stylings and ornamentation typical to these fantastically famous cavalrymen. It is crafted from 16 gauge steel and embellished with riveted brass trim and accents. The neck and cheek plates are all hinged and articulated and the face guard plate is secured with a key and screw on the brim; it can be removed entirely if desired.
The interior of the helmet has an integrated and adjustable suspension liner of leather which can be used to modify and adjust how high the helmet sits on the head. A chinstrap of leather with a sturdy steel buckle completes this helmet for both wear and fine display.
