Description
These Red Dragon Padded Swordsman’s Gloves are crafted to shield the hands from blisters, scrapes, and abrasions encountered during sword training. The gloves feature light padding that cushions minor impacts typical in drilling exercises, though they are not suited for full-contact sparring. Constructed from supple leather, they offer a balance of comfort and grip, allowing the wearer to maintain control over their weapon. These gloves come in four sizes, measured from the wrist to the tip of the middle finger, and can complement both Historical European Martial Arts (HEMA) practice and period-appropriate Medieval or Renaissance attire.

Fun Fact: In medieval fencing schools, padded gloves were an essential part of the swordsman’s kit, as repeated practice with wooden or blunted steel swords often caused painful hand injuries. These gloves helped warriors train longer and more safely, building skill without sacrificing their grip or dexterity.
