Description
Originating as a farming implementation company previous to the Civil War, the Nashville Plow Works emerged into an armory making such pieces as the Nashville Plow Works Cavalry Sabre. Featuring a high carbon steel blade, this sword has a full tang, a leather grip with twisted brass wire, a cast brass guard with both CSA and Nashville Plow Works also cast in block letters on the guard’s underside, and a brass pommel and back strap. A blackened steel scabbard with brass mounts is also included. With unique design, this is a great addition to an collection.
