Description
This Medieval Heater shield is constructed from Poplar wood; it is reinforced with a overlaid linen binding and hand-painted. The back of the shield has a set of riveted leather straps for wearing it on the arm – it also has a longer strap for wearing the shield over the shoulder. It is finished with a padded leather pad to cushion the arm against impacts.
