Description
The Hersir Sword entered the scene in the late 8th century and lasted into the 10th century and was ectensively used in Norway, as well as other southern territories. Available in two versions – regular and fighting (for light combat), this piece features a deeply fullered, EN45 steel blade with wide edges, a wide guard, a single tang, and a wire wrapped pommel and upper guard riveted together. A leather scabbard is also included. Authentically reflecting the Viking era, this is great for reenactments, costumes, and collections.
