Description
This sport and stage combat Viking sword has a thick, blunted blade suitable for blade-on-blade contact. The blade is forged from EN45 high carbon steel. The hilt has a pommel and guard of steel and a leather-wrapped wooden grip. A felt tab is fitted atop the guard to protect it from contact with the scabbard – it can be removed if desired.
The leather-bound wooden scabbard is fitted with a wooden suspension loop secured with tight leather bands.
