Description
This 15th century Gothic styled longsword is a great match for a German Knight arrayed in Gothic armor; the sword is surprisingly agile and responsive due to its distal and profile taper which together make a lively sword well suited to drill and use. The blade is hand-forged from C60 high carbon steel a steel with properties similar to 1060 high carbon steel. The guard and pommel are crafted from resilient steel and the wooden grip is half-bound in tight leather with risers beneath and wrapped in tight wire for its lower half. The sword is durably constructed and is paired with a wood-core scabbard which is overlaid in stitched black high quality leather complete with steel fittings and stainless steel hanging rings.
