Description
This set offers a pair of solid wooden bokkens crafted for Aikiken practice, accompanied by a back-worn double sheath designed for ease of carry during training. Each bokken is fashioned from sturdy hardwood, shaped to replicate the weight and balance of a real katana, allowing practitioners to develop proper form and technique without the risk of injury. The wood is finished with a golden-hued paint that catches the light much like spun gold, lending the swords a distinguished appearance reminiscent of traditional Japanese aesthetics.
The handles are wrapped in black nylon, providing a secure grip, while ABS guards are fitted to protect the hands during sparring sessions. The double back sheath is made from durable polyurethane, designed to hold both bokkens securely. Two adjustable nylon straps let you customize the height at which the swords rest on your back, ensuring comfort and accessibility. Below the holsters, a steel ring connects to an adjustable nylon belt loop, allowing the sheath to be fastened snugly around the waist for stability during movement.
