This fencing cap has a layer of satin and is made of pure cotton velvet in the USA. The semi-circular cape has a unique one size for all design that allows different head sizes and a number of wearing styles. You can machine wash it in cold water and spin dry on soft heat. The cape is 34 along the base to the edge at the back. Made in the U.S.A
