Measuring just 12 inches overall, its full tang construction houses a thick head forged from 9260 spring steel, known for its toughness and resilience, making it ideal for limbing trees and preparing shelter materials. The Viking-style bearded blade design allows the user to choke up on the edge for precise tasks like making feather sticks, kindling, or carving notches for traps.
