This folding process not only creates the distinctive flowing, wave-like pattern across the blade’s surface but also enhances its strength and resilience. The steel achieves a Rockwell Hardness rating between 58 and 60, striking a balance between toughness and edge retention,ideal for a blade meant to endure.
The handle is fashioned from camel bone, stained black to give it a stark, almost spectral appearance.
