Description
Prominent during the late 16th century renaissance, the Burogonet Helmet helped pave the way for the medieval sallet. Like the sallet, this light and easy to wear helmet is open faced and provides great protection. Made of high quality steel for reinforced protection, this piece features a detachable visor with a leather buckle and strap, polished brass ornamentation on the sides and on the falling buffe visor, as well as an attached collar and neck protector and a raised crest. This helmet is truly at the top of its class, in terms of strength and mobility, and is sure to bring out a powerful look for any renaissance knight. Great for display or collecting. The interior of these armor pieces are blackened.
Included with the helmet is a padded cotton arming cap.
