Description
Hailing from the medieval and Renaissance eras, the poleyn was a very valuable armor accessory that protected the knee. Emerging as one of the first pieces of plate armor, this protective component lasted from the 13th century to the 17th century. This set of 15th Century Medieval Poleyn armor is constructed from 18 gauge steel. The armor is buckled to leg with a set of adjustable buckles of antiqued brass and leather straps.
